PsychoGenics 5-HT1A/B receptor agonist eltoprazine shows efficacry in ADHD

Phase IIa data released by PsychoGenics show its lead partial 5-HT1A – 5-HT1B receptor agonist eltoprazine to demonstrate efficacy in adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The compound  reduced the ADHD-RS-IV total score of 42% from baseline compared to placebo (p<0.051).

Seroquel approved for Maintenance Treatment in Bipolar Disorder
